Finding the Medical Kit in Hell is Us is one of the first things you can do early in the game after leaving the Farm in Senedra Forest.
You'll need to get the Medical Kit for the wounded soldier to be able to progress forward in Hell is Us, but aside from a general direction and markers to look out for you're pretty much left to it.

Where to find Medical Kit in Hell is Us
To find the Medical Kit in Hell is Us you need to head to the camp west of the wounded soldier and follow the 'X' markers on the trees. The first thing we recommend doing is pulling your Compass up, which will be unlocked after you've first interacted with the wounded soldier.
Stand by the soldier and turn yourself so you're facing West, you should find a path here leading up into the woods.
Keep following the path West, up a slope and at the top of the slope you should find a tree with a white 'X' marked on it.
At this point, keep following the path straight to the left and you should soon come across another tree with an 'X' on it near a pile of tires, this means you're going the right way.
Keep following the path forwards past this tree and you should eventually see a tent on a ledge in front of you. This tent is where you need to be, but you can't climb up to it so you'll need to do a small detour to reach it.
From the point you can see the tent on the ledge, keep following the path to the left but stick to the right-hand side of this path and it should curve around in the direction of the tent you’ve just seen. There should also be a tree marked with an 'X' to your right, just underneath a fallen tree suspended above the path.
Keep following the path now and you should eventually find a pile of barrels, one with an 'X' marked on it.
From the barrels, head to the right and you'll find yourself in the camp. The Medical Kit is in a blue crate on the floor of the tent. Interact with it to collect it and then head back to the injured soldier.
Give the soldier the Medical Kit by choosing the 'Trade' option when speaking to them. They'll then give you an Ancient Mechanism - which you need to get into Senedra Forest ruins.
