There's a rotating set of Kanto Celebration Timed Research quests throughout this Pokémon Go event, along with a Kanto Celebration Collection Challenge waiting to be conquered!

Tauros Taming is the fourth Timed Research quest released during the Kanto Celebration event in Pokémon Go and i running until Saturday 6th September at 10am (local time).

The Gen 1 regionally exclusive Pokémon taking the stage this time is Tauros! Keep in mind that this is the Kanto version of Tauros typically found in the USA and not the Paldean version, which is also a regionally exclusive Pokémon. Paldean Tauros was released earlier this year, so you might have already filled this Pokédex entry but you want all the forms right?

Like the other Kanto Celebration quests, Mime Time offered the chance to add a regionally exclusive Pokémon from Gen 1 to your Pokédex. This time Mr. Mime took the stage. Though, if you live in Europe, you probably already had this... creature in your Pokédex already.
