Kitchen Storm event quest rewards in Grow a Garden

How to cook mutated dishes and all rewards listed.

Kitchen Storm in Grow a Garden is an expansion of the Cooking event, challenging you to cook mutated dishes. To do so, you'll need to continue cooking various meals and present them to the new Rat Connoisseur.

By doing so, you'll get the choice between a selection of rewards, such as a Culinarian Chest and Kitchen Crate.

Kitchen Storm event in Grow a Garden

Continuing on from last week's cooking event, the Kitchen Storm event has you continue to cook up mutated dishes and meals for a new character: the Rat Connoisseur.

You'll do this by cooking meals with crops and fruits you have grown that have mutations on them. Once they're cooking, if you're lucky enough, you'll receive a mutation on your meal. To check the chances of a mutation occurring, be sure to refer to the Mutation dial above the pot which will display how likely it is that you'll receive one when the meal is done.

Additionally, much like standard crops, you'll know if your meal is mutated as it will have the same effects found on mutated crops.

These can then be presented to the Rat Connoisseur for them to review, and once you've done so, you'll be presented with a selection of three rewards selected randomly that you can choose from.

Another component to this event is the Kitchen Storm itself which will occur as more and more food is submitted to Chris P. Bacon. During this event, you'll have chances at getting the Aromatic mutation on crops, along with a higher mutation carry over, and a doubled cooking speed.

As mentioned, by submitting rewards to the Rat Connoisseur, you'll be able to unlock a variety of rewards including several new items such as the Kitchen Crate and Culinarian Chest.
