Josh is a freelance writer and an avid player of games since a young age. Combined with long-running games coverage of his own, he’s since been able to cover guides and more for Eurogamer. He can often be found either reminiscing about the history of PlayStation – and favourite games like Uncharted and Ratchet and Clank – wishing for another Splinter Cell, or playing too much Destiny. He now also has a soft spot for Final Fantasy VII after playing it for the first time in 2024. Beyond that, he has a strong interest in game design and development and is fascinated by how games are made.
