I recommend aiming for the first or third recipe if you're planning on making a Prismatic Cake, because why would you spend an extra Bone Blossom?

Keep in mind though that you can only make Prismatic Cake if you're already growing Bone Blossom in your garden since its seed is no longer available in the game. Sure you can try trading with another player for the three you need, but you need to find someone willing to do so first!
