Getting into Senedra Forest ruins in Hell is Us is one of the first things you need to do in order to progress on your journey. Naturally, there's a puzzle you need to solve to get inside.
However, before you can even think of starting this Hell is Us puzzle, you need to find the medical kit for the wounded OMSIF solider first as they'll give you a vital item you need for opening the ruins door.

Hell is Us Senedra Forest ruins door puzzle solution
To get into Senedra Forest ruins in Hell is Us you need to turn the columns above it so the symbols are in the right order. Now, to do this, climb the ladder near the wounded OMSIF soldier. At the top of the ladder look left, you should see a slab with a pickaxe symbol on it here.
From here, follow the path around until you reach an anvil. Put the Ancient Mechanism in the anvil to unlock the columns. You should notice three columns appear and each column has a symbol on it.
To figure out the order of the symbols, head past the furthest column and into a small area tucked behind the puzzle. Look up and you should see a slab with two symbols on it, the third symbol has broken off and is the pickaxe one you saw near the beginning of the area.
To get into Senedra Forest ruins you need to put the columns in this orderfrom left to right, Crown (sort of looks like flames), Eye, and Pickaxe. To get them in the right order, walk up to each one and interact with it to turn it until the right symbol is facing you.
Once all symbols are in the right order, you’ll hear a noise and the ruins door by the OMSIF soldier below will have opened.
