How to get Glimmering Sprite in Grow a Garden

The Glimmering Sprite is one of the five pets in Grow a Garden that can be hatched from the Enchanted Egg.
Both the Glimmering Sprite and the Enchanted Egg were released as part of the Fairy event. And while you may be on a quest to collect all of the pets, this fairy-like Glimmering Sprite has a trait that will help you with completing the Fairy event while also doubling the value of your crops.

How to get the Glimmering Sprite
To get the Glimmering Sprite, you’ll need to get hold of an Enchanted Egg. The odds of getting this pet are quite low, with just a 5% chance of hatching a Glimmering Sprite.
The Enchanted Egg is a reward from the Fairy event, which tasks you with giving the Wishing Well crops with the Glimmering mutation. As you do, you’ll ascend the Fountain's reward tiers, with your chances of receiving an Enchanted Egg increasing as you climb these tiers.
The Enchanted Egg, once placed in your garden, will then take 4 hours and 10 minutes to hatch and has a chance of hatching one of five pets. This includes the Glimmering Sprite!
Glimmering Sprite traits
The Glimmering Sprite’s trait isn’t the most impressive one available, but it will help you with completing the Fairy event. Every ~3:38 minutes, the Sprite will enchant a nearby fruit, applying the Glimmering mutation to it. This adds a x2 multiplier to that fruit which isn’t exactly the biggest money maker, but it does give you the opportunity to donate even more Glimmering plants to the Fairy event and earn more rewards.
What’s also unique about the Glimmering Sprite is that it is available in different colours: lavender, green, rainbow, and more.
With some luck, you might even get yourself the rare Cockatrice pet from an Enchanted egg!
