The Chicken Zombie in Grow a Garden is a pet that was originally introduced as part of the update on May 17th, 2025 and then returned during the Admin War.
This is another pet that can be added to your collection to help your garden flourish and thrive in Grow a Garden, even when you're offline you'll still be reaping the benefits of this addition. That is, of course, if you were lucky enough to get your hands on it...

How to get Chicken Zombie in Grow a Garden
The Chicken Zombie pet in Grow a Garden is currently unavailable in-game. It was originally release on Saturday 17th May 2025, but then made a return as part of the Admin War update on Saturday 23rd August. In both events, however, you had to be actually playing the game to get this pet, which is way it's no longer available in-game.
At the time of writing, there are no other ways to get the Chicken Zombie pet but we will update this page if this changes or if its ever released as part of another event. If it does come back to the game, it's worth knowing what this pet can do for you and your garden.
The Chicken Zombie has two passive traits that will work away in the background while you're tending to your garden (and even when you're offline). The first is that it can make crops 'Zombified' which is a new type of plant mutation. The second trait this pet has is that it can also boost Egg hatch speed.
