How to get AncientAmber mutation in Grow a Garden

The AncientAmber mutation can be quite the tricky find if you don't know how to get it in Grow a Garden.
This difficulty comes from it being the first three-stage mutation released in Grow a Garden. (This is starting to sound like a Pokémon guide…) Due to this, getting AncientAmber in part relies on you resisting the urge to harvest your plants!

How to get AncientAmber in Grow a Garden
To get the AncientAmber mutation in Grow a Garden, you first need a plant with the OldAmber mutation. Once achieved, leave it for 48 hours and it will automatically transform into the AncientAmber mutation! AncientAmber looks similar to the previous Amber mutations, but it contains more brown tones.
Here's a quick breakdown of exactly how you to get the AncientAmber mutation:
- Get a plant with the Amber mutation
- Leave for 24 hours (one day)
- Plant will now have OldAmber mutation
- Leave for 48 hours (two days)
- Plant will now have the AncientAmber mutation
As you can see, it takes roughly three real-world days to obtain the AncientAmber mutation after you get a plant with the Amber mutation. So it might be worth favouriting the plant to ensure you don't harvest it by accident!
AncientAmber is worth the work though as it applies a x50 value modifier to your plant!
