How to find the Blacksmith in Hell is Us
To find the Blacksmith in Hell is Us you need to head from the APC to the town of Jova. This is pretty simple, from the APC follow the main road and use the signs on it to find Jova, if you're stuck just stick to the main path until the marshlands and then keep heading straight to the town.

When you're in Jova, speak to Captain Vaas - you can find him on the stand at the entrance of the town. Keep questioning him about the Blacksmith, the ON Convoy and Outpost until the options run out.

How to find the ON Outpost
Now, you need to go to the ON Outpost which is in the north-east part of the town. Follow the main road behind Captain Vaas, past the Fiddler and then turn right. Keep following the main path here past the tied up Priest, then keep looking right - you should see a building with a white roof and ON written on it. If you reach the Blacksmith's Forge you've gone a bit too far, but keep its location in mind for later.

When you find the ON Outpost, head to the right side of it and collect the map on the table here.

Equip and look at the map, this is showing you the route the ON Convoy took.

How to find the ON Convoy
You now need to head to a tunnel that's north-east of Jova, and north of Pathem Abbey. To do this, follow the path leading wooden path to the right of the ON outpost, keep following this straight across the marsh and then around to the right - you should see some ruins in front of you at this point.
Then, keep following the path forward towards the hanging tree.

At the hanging tree turn left and keep following the wooden path here across the water. Once you're across the water, follow the path left then around and up a hill to your right.
At the top of this hill you should find sandbags as well as other discarded military supplies.

Follow the path through the supplies and down the hill, at this point you should be able to see a tunnel in the distance. This is where you need to go - but be warned, there are quite a few enemies in here that will swarm you so get ready to fight.

Head into the tunnel, defeat the enemies inside of it and keep going through the tunnel until you reach the crash site.

Another enemy awaits, take them out before doing the next step (if you don't, they will follow you into the small space...)
Once you've defeated the enemy, head into the maintenance room to the right of the crash and speak to the 'Scuffed Young Man' in here. Once you learn his name is Victor, ask him about Vitalis and he'll give you the key to Vitalis' home.
Find Vitalis' home
Now, head back to Jova and look for Vitalis' home. This is directly opposite the Blacksmith's Forge in the north-east part of town, it's on the road that's above the ON Outpost. This is also where you can start the Victor's Vigil Good Deed.

Use the key to head inside and collect a picture from the kid's room, then another picture in the main bedroom before heading downstairs to solve the Vitalis basement puzzle.
Once you're downstairs, interact with the chest here and use your necklace to unlock it to retrieve another picture. Now, head down the ladder deeper into the basement and follow the main path here to the small room with the locked door in it.
To the left of the door you should see a wall with three faint shapes on it. Place the pictures you've just collected on the wall in this order from left to right:
- Young man and his pregnant wife
- Mother and son
- Young boy in a soapbox car

Then, head to the keypad beside the locked door and enter the code 32-17-13. When the door unlocks, head inside and get the Vigil Note from the main table in the center of the room.

Find Vitalis
Once you've done this, head back to the Blacksmith's Forge in Jova and speak to Victor who's now inside. Ask him about the Vigil Note to learn you need to find the Weeping Knight Statue in Vyssa Hills - but first we highly recommend also asking Victor about the 'Strange Weapons' too as this unlocks weapon crafting and upgrades.
When you're ready, head back to your APC and travel to Vyssa Hills. When you arrive, follow the main cobblestone path all the way to the Weeping Knight statue. Speak to the fatally wounded soldier in front of the statue.

Then, continue heading north-east by following the main cobblestone path behind the Weeping Knight until you reach the remains of a wooden structure.

Head through the wooden structure and around to the left where you find a man on the floor. Speak to this man and watch the cutscene unfold, at the end of it you'll have found the Blacksmith and receive the Keystone of Grief.
