Cerydra is a 5-Star Wind character of The Harmony path coming to Honkai: Star Rail in version 3.5.
Cerydra will be featured as the boosted 5-Star character on her The Iron Tamer of Tides Banner in version 3.5, she will eventually return to Honkai: Star Rail at some point in the future when the Banner schedule cycles back to her.

Cerydra's kit
Cerydra is a 5-Star Wind character of The Harmony path, and keeping in mind that all of the percentages mentioned below are based on Level 1 Traces, here's a summary of Cerydra's kit in Honkai Star Rail:
- Element: Wind.
- Path: The Harmony.
- Rarity: 5-Star.
- Basic Attack: King's Castling - Deals Wind Damage equal to 50% of Cerydra's attack to one designated enemy.
- Skill: Pawn's Promotion - Grants 'Military Merit' to one designated ally character and gives Cerydra one point of Charge. Charge is capped at eight points. When Charge reaches six points, automatially upgrades the character's 'Military Merit' to 'Peerage' and dispels their Crowd Control debuffs. The characters with 'Peerage' is considered to have 'Military Merit' simultaneously. The character with 'Peerage' increases the Crit Damage boost for Skill damage by 36% for characters with 'Peerage', increases All-Type Resistance Penetration by 8%, and triggers Coup de Main when using their Skill on enemy targets. After Coup de Main ends, consumes six points of Charge to revert 'Peerage' back to 'Military Merit'.
- Talent (support ability): Ave Imperator - The character with 'Military Merit' increase their attack by an amount equal to 18% of Cerydra's attack. When the character uses basic attack or Skill, Cerydra gains one Charge. During Coup de Main, Cerydra cannot gain Charge. After the character with 'Military Merit' uses an attack, Cerydra additionally deals one instance of Wind Additional damage equal to 30% of her attack. This effect can be triggered up to 20 times. The trigger count resets every time Cerydra uses her Ultimate. 'Military Merit' only takes effect on the most recent target. When the target changes, Cerydra's Charge is reset to 0.
- Ultimate: Scholar's Mate - Gains two Charge. Deals Wind damage equal to 144% of Cerydra's attack to all enemies. If no characters on the field has 'Military Merit', prioritizes granting 'Military Merit' to the first character in the current team.
- Technique: First-Move Advantage - After using Technique, gains 'Military Merit.' When switching active characters, 'Military Merit' transfers to the current active character. At the start of the next battle, automatically use Skill one time on the character with 'Military Merit' without consuming any Skill Points.
- Bonus Trace 1: Veni - For every 100 of Cerydra's attack that exceeds 2000, increases her Crit Damage by 18%, up to a max increase of 360%.
- Bonus Trace 2: Vidi - Increases Cerydra's Crit Rate by 100%. While Cerydra's Charge is below its maximum, the character with 'Military Merit' using their Ultimate grants Cerydra one Charge. This effect can trigger once per battle.
- Bonus Trace 3: Vici - When using Skill, increases speed by 20 for this unit and the teammate with 'Military Merit', lasting for three turns. When the character with 'Military Merit' uses Basic attack or Skill, regenerates five Energy for Cerydra.

Cerydra Ascension materials

You need to use Cerydra Ascension materials to upgrade stats like her health, attack, defence, and critical hit effectiveness.
You need to get a lot of Charred Bud of Twilight and Ethereal Omen-based materials for Cerydra to fully upgrade her capabilities.

Cerydra Trace materials

Just like Ascension, to get the most out of using Cerydra you will have to level-up her attacks and passive abilities by using Trace materials, which vary from character-to-character.
For Cerydra you'll need to use a lot of Firmament Note and Ethereal Omen-based materials to fully upgrade her capabilities.

Cerydra Eidolons
By getting duplicates of Cerydra from pulling on her Banner, you will receive her Eidolon. This material allows you to unlock Eidolon levels, with each upgrade either improving an existing attack or passive ability.
Here are all of Cerydra's Eidolons in Honkai: Star Rail:
- Seize the Crowns of All (E1): The character with 'Military Merit' ignore 16% of target's defense when dealing damage. If the 'Military Merit' state is upgraded to the 'Peerage' state, then the character additionally ignores 20% of the target's defense when dealing Skill damage. When Cerydra uses her Skill, regenerates two Energy for the designated ally target.
- Forge the Dreams of Many (E2): The character with 'Military Merit' deals 40% more damage. While a teammate on the field has 'Military Merit, Cerydra's damage dealt increases by 160%.
- Torch the Laws of Old (E3): Increases the level of Cerydra's Skill by two with a maximum upgrade level of 15, and increases the level of her basic attack by one, with a maximum upgrade level of 10.
- Remake the Realms of Men (E4): Increases Ultimate damage multiplier by 240%.
- Help and Hurt Repaid in Full (E5): Increases the level of Cerydra's Ultimate and Talent by two with a maximum upgrade Level of 15.
- A Journey Set Starward (E6): The character with 'Military Merit' increase their All-Type Resistance Penetration by 20%, and the multiplier for additional damage triggered via 'Military Merit' increases by 300%. While a teammate on the field has 'Military Merit', Cerydra's all-type Resistance Penetration increases by 20%.
