Victor's Vigil is one of the Good Deeds you can complete in the Acasa Marshes in Hell is Us.
Completing Victor's Vigil involves exploring the marshes themselves and, since Hell is Us doesn't have a map, you really need to know where you're going to complete this Good Dead.

How to start Victor's Vigil in Hell is Us
To start the Victor's Vigil Good Deed, you need to reach the point in Hell of Us where you can enter Vitalis' House. (This is the building opposite the blacksmiths in Jova.)
Once inside, head to the balcony and pick up 'Keys - Car'. Now it's time to actually complete the Good Deed!
Victor's Vigil walkthrough
Victor's Vigil properly begins once you have the car keys, but where is the vehicle they belong to? Well to find it you need to head out into the marshes. I recommend taking the downwards path to the right of the blacksmiths and then down the wooden stairs to the right of the ON 75 building.
Once you're on the marshes, you need to head towards the ruined building to the east of where you entered the marsh. When looking across the marshes, this building is almost directly beneath one of the giant stone pillars.
Be prepared to fight some enemies as you travel to this location and make sure you cross the wooden bridges carefully. Falling into the marshes means death! You'll also want to cross the final bridge and defeat the nearby enemies when you arrive at the ruins.
When the area is safe-ish, look to the edge of the marsh near the edge of the ruins to find a car sinking into the mud. Interact with the boot of the car and use the 'Keys - Car' to open it.
Inside the car boot, you'll get:
- Recording - Vitalis' Departure
- Necklace
- Lymbic Twin Axes
- Glyph - Chromatic Shield
- Lymbic Imbuing (Book)
Now you need to visit Victor at the blacksmiths in Jova. If you're still in the opening hours of Hell is Us, this will occur after you've investigated the basement in Vitalis' House.
The last thing you need to do for Victor's Vigil is trade the 'Necklace' with Victor.
