Solving Secrets of The Ram involves finding two specific items and then returning to a location you might have overlooked or forgotten. (Since Hell is Us doesn't have a map you can leave markers on!)

How to start Secrets of The Ram in Hell is Us
To start the Secrets of The Ram Mystery, you need to find the 'Ram Head Medallion - Viridian' inside the first set of ruins you'll explore in Hell is Us. The exact location of this medallion is atop a pile of discarded clothes in the second to the last room of these ruins.
If you're having trouble finding the medallion, try entering the ruins via the entrance in the trenches. This entrance is a lot closer to the medallion, so less backtracking, and it's the one you'll want to use later on in the Mystery.
Secrets of The Ram walkthrough
The next step in the Secrets of The Ram Mystery is finding the second ram medallion in Hell is Us. Thankfully, you don't have the far to go if you're still in the Senendra Forest.
To find it, you need to head to the abandoned vehicles sitting between the trenches and the area where you originally entered the first set of ruins. In the gap of the castle wall, you'll find a dead body and, when interacting with it, you'll receive the 'Ram Head Medallion - Crimson'.
Now you need to head back to the first set of ruins. I recommend heading back via the trenches entrance as you'll be closer to the location you need to visit.
Once inside the ruins, head back through the first three rooms until you reach a save point. From there, you simply need to head down the nearby set of stairs to find the door you're about to open. If you haven't done so already, it's a good idea to turn your torch on or else you might find it hard to spot the plaques you're looking for.
First, however, keep in mind that there's an enemy behind the door and it will attack you the moment the door opens. Be prepared for a quick fight!
To open the door, you need to place the 'Ram Head Medallion - Viridian' on the left-hand plaque, while the 'Ram Head Medallion - Crimson' goes on the right-hand plaque. After doing so, the door will automatically open and you'll be attacked by an enemy!
Opening this door will solve the Secrets of The Ram Mystery, but you need to head inside the opened room to collect your rewards.

- Journal - Queen's Decree
