How to start Caddell Family Treasure Mystery in Hell is Us

The Caddell Family Treasure Mystery is started by finding one of the three coloured stone piles in the Senedra Forest in Hell is Us. While the Mystery wants you to start by finding the yellow stand, which is southwest of where the APC is parked, it's far easier to jump ahead to the red stone pile…

Just keep in mind that there will be enemies in the forest if you're completing this Mystery after exploring the first set of ruins in the Senendra.

Caddell Family Treasure walkthrough

To complete the Caddell Family Treasure, you first need to find the red stone pile. Starting at where the APC is packed, you need to go up the western path heading upwards. Keep following this path and the white 'X' marks leading to the camp right up until just one turn before you reach the camp.

Look to your left to find another path going upwards. (If you see a broken tree instead, then you've simply gone ever so slightly too far ahead and just need to backtrack to the left-hand path before that one.)

Head up the hill and you'll find the red stone pile.Interacting with it, will give you the 'Key - Rusted'.

Now it's time to find the blue stone pile, which you might have spotted earlier. Head back down the hill and then head to the nearby camp. Just before you reach the generator for the camp, however, look to the north-east and you'll see a path leading through the trees.

Take this path and, when you reach the crossroads shortly after, take the left-hand path. This will take you to a ledge from which you can see the blue stone pile near a ledge. (If you're completing this Mystery after visiting the Senedra Forest ruins for the first time, there will also be an enemy waiting for you.)

All you have to do now is drop down the ledge and head over to the blue stone pile. Here you'll find a small box that can be opened with the 'Key - Rusted'. Doing so will bring the Caddell Family Treasure to a close and give you the rewards down below.

This piece of Defensive Gear reduces the Stamina cost for any action if you're low on health. This makes it incredibly useful during the opening hours of Hell is Us when you're still getting used to the combat.
