Alienlike mutation can only occur if you're playing Grow a Garden during an Alien Invasion!
Despite how that might sound, Alien Invasion is actually a rare type of weather in Grow a Garden. Thanks to this, you might not have experienced the Alien Weather event yet or got an Alienlike mutation.
No fear though! I'm here to teach you about the Alienlike mutation and the Alien Invasion weather in Grow a Garden!

How to get Alienlike mutation in Grow a Garden
During an Alien Invasion, there's a chance some of your fruit will gain the Alienlike mutation. This will give your fruit a blue aura and might even turn them completely invisible! (Whether this is a good thing is up to you…)
While it still needs to be confirmed, it appears that the Alienlike mutation has at least a x3.5 multiplier for your crops. This is based upon our Alienlike Tomato being worth 2,708 Sheckles and the base price of Tomatos being 800.
Grow a Garden Alien Invasion
Alien Invasion is a weather event in Grow a Garden where little UFOs will fill the sky surrounding your gardens. During it, you can sit back to watch them fly and hope your fruit gains the Alienlike mutation. A little alien ship will also appear in the bottom right-hand corner to let you know the aliens are here.
At the time of writing, the only Alien Invasion to take place was an admin spawned weather event. This means it only occurred because the game's developers expressly made it happen. We don't know if it will always be an admin spawned event, however, so keep an eye on those skies!
Still, your best chance to experience the Alien Invasion event is to jump into Grow a Garden an hour before it updates as the admins always like to run special weather events in the build up. For UK players, this would be 2pm (BST) with the update arriving at 3pm (BST).
