Corrupt Channeller Quests and Rewards in Grow a Garden

As part of the Corrupted Update, you'll need to grow your Corruption tree in Grow a Garden by providing specific fruits to a brand new NPC - the Corrupt Channeller. However, you'll also need to keep growing Tranquil fruits to strike a balance between Corruption and the Zen introduced in the game's Zen update.

This will earn you some nice Grow a Garden rewards, including cosmetics, exclusive pets, and even more Corrupt and Tranquil fruits.

Corrupt Channeller quests

The Corrupt Channeller (found in the orange circle in the middle of the map) will request Tranquil plants with specific weights. For example, they'll request a Tranquil Bamboo that weighs 4 kilograms. Turning in a requested crop will net you a random item from the NPC's rewards table, which includes some pretty sweet exclusive rewards, including eggs, cosmetic crates, and seed packs.

As the Corrupt Channeller only wants Tranquil crops, you're going to need to focus on one of the below options for getting them:

• Equip the Tanchozuru Pet, which can randomly give a plant the Tranquil Mutation.
• Equip a pet with the Tranquil Mutation, giving a 3.15% chance of a crop gaining the Tranquil Mutation every 25 minutes.
• Use the Mutation Spray Tranquil, which applies the Tranquil Mutation to a nearby crop.
• Or, during the hourly Zen Event.

Giving the Corrupt Channeller your fruits will also level up and grow the tree behind them. The tree resets every hour. When this happens, it uses its height to give your plants the Corrupt mutation.
