Night Two bosses are the monsters you'll defeat at the end of Day Two in Elden Ring Nightreign. Just like the Night One bosses, you need to defeat them to proceed. Defeating a Night Two boss will automatically send you to the area outside of the Nightlord boss battle. There will be a merchant and Site of Grace nearby, so don't worry about wasting any Runes.
